KJ Design & Drafting is led by Kristen Jakubenko, a senior structural draftsperson and building designer who has been drafting structural projects since 2002 across Australia, London, Kuala Lumpur and Abu Dhabi.
We work alongside engineering consultancies on their structural modelling and documentation, from a single set of drawings to full project packages. We also work directly with post‑tensioning contractors, providing PT shop drawings ready for site.
We pride ourselves on accuracy, attention to detail and fast turnaround.
Under our QBCC licence, we take on building design work directly for builders and owners.
